Release and Liability Waiver
By booking or participating in a charter aboard Cielo Privé, guests acknowledge that boating and maritime activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vessel movement, slippery surfaces, boarding and disembarking, weather conditions, swimming, water activities, and alcohol consumption.
Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests release and hold harmless Suncoast Marine Adventures, the vessel owner, captains, employees, agents, and contractors from any liability for injury, death, loss, or damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain at all times.
Swimming and water activities are only permitted when approved by the captain and are done at the guest’s own risk.
The captain has full authority over the vessel and all passengers at all times.
The maximum guest limit is 13 persons in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations.
Guests are responsible for their personal property.
A signed waiver and agreement will be required during the booking process.
